1960, and the Balfours celebrate Lesley’s first birthday. Once again the family were inundated with letters and messages of support, some of which can be seen on the diary PDF. Other highlights include more family photos, trips to Great Ayton, Whitby, The Isle of Man, Southport and Dirleton. Towards the end of the year they collected keys for their new home at Corbiehill Avenue.
